Here are a few tips to help you get your home ready for Christmas so you can fully enjoy the festive season!

De-Clutter

After a year of collecting clothes, home accessories, empty boxes, and just general ‘stuff’, Christmas is a great excuse to clear out the clutter and start fresh before the decorations go up. It’s nice to start off the holidays with a clean slate, plus your home will look and feel so much better once it’s all organized.

Clean

Before you even think about putting up your decorations, reach for the feather duster and make sure that everything is dirt-free. You’ll be amazed at how much dust and dirt can accumulate in the hidden corners of your home and under your furniture. Room Preparation

Whether you’re expecting guests or not, it’s a good idea to get your spare bedroom(s) prepared before the Christmas madness hits. Clean the sheets and do the beds, make some space in the wardrobes for your guests to hang their clothes, and buy a few personal essentials such as toothbrushes and spare razors.
